Talk about Great Service. The people over at McCall’s jumped through hoops with me to get what I needed together and make the process fast and efficient. Not only did they work with me on the cost, but they were efficient and thorough during the process and I was in and out faster then I ever expected. I’m in love with my truck and the entire process was a simple as it could be. Here’s to affordable vehicles, phenomenal hometown service, and financing you can’t beat.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I left this comment on McCall’s Facebook page but my comment along with another customer’s comment was deleted. I came in there today to buy a car. The receptionist was rude immediately as if I inconvenienced her by asking about the vehicles for sale and was very unhelpful and wouldn’t answer my questions and had an attitude when she talked to me. Because of that, I left and went to another dealership to purchase a car. An employee like that will hurt your business. If you have a camera with audio in your lobby, then you can review it and see exactly what I just said. You’d think that when a customer leaves a comment about the negative interaction on the business Facebook page, it would be professional of the business to reach out to that customer and at least apologize for the terrible customer service. Instead, it was deleted and ignored. I will never do business here or recommend anyone else to do business here. I hope your receptionist can get a lesson on how to be professional and provide excellent customer service in the future so that it won’t cost your business any other potential customers.

I want to say Ashley an Miranda was such an pleasure to do business with… they both went above and beyond beyond to get us in a very dependable truck and made it the easiest procedure for us to purchase the truck.. Called up there one day to see if they had a certain vehicle and the girl was rude over the phone. I showed up there and she had an attitude until I was almost going to get a vehicle from them. Was sent with a paper and told if I decided to get the vehicle just to come back. Her attitude was fine then. I needed a few days to think and decide on what I wanted. So I called back a couple days after and explained my situation over the phone, and the girl up front was SO rude. I hung up and haven’t been back and definitely won’t recommend until they get some good attitudes working that desk.

Everyone there was so great! Communication was great from start to finish. I started my pre-approval online and it was communicated when my documents were received and if I needed to provide additional information or documents. Once I came in, everything was ready to go and I only needed to pick the vehicle that I wanted and pay. Miranda was absolutely amazing!

They helped me obtain safe & reliable transportation for my 11 month old and my commute to work.The overall purchase experience was top tier from the online application until I pulled off the lot!
