If I could I would give it 0 stars. I tool my equinox up there for them to program a new ecm. The syptoms of a bad ecm was all present. They wanted to do a diagnostic test to make sure it was the emc so we agreed for 145.00. We'll they message me and said based on the technician driving it it was a broken piston trying to get a huge pay day. My husband did a compression test and all 4 cylinders held compression so obviously it was not the engine. We told them to go ahead and program the computer for another 145.00. They did and was still somewhat misfire so my husband hooked his ob2 scanner to it and it read that it was something with the fuel injector 3. Also it read that the crankshaft sensor needed to relearn. Another words the so called experts did not program the crankshaft sensor. What idiots. We paid 145.00 for them to do a half m job. That kind of money does not comes easy for us. We work hard to barely have enough money to pay bills. We are using our income tax money right know. Know I half to pay additional 200.00 if not more to get another shop not associated with the dealership someone to do the job right. I will make sure to spread the word that they are leeches that like to suck money from there costumers until they have no more money and there vechile is still broke. I will never buy a vechile from a chevy dealership and especially this one in Brewton. I will buy a used vechile from a dealership that is not associated with the chevy dealership. Worse experience ever.

Took my wife's Cadillac to be serviced. Alan that is at the service department always and has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. He always let's us know when everything is ready and keeps us updated. If you want good customer service, go to Peach Chevrolet and see my friend Alan, he will definitely take care of you!

My sales agent name is Dakota. She got me out of my RAV4 and into a Malibu RS being 8k belly up. She then delivered my second temporary tag to my residence instead of me going to the dealership that’s a plus customer service. I am thoroughly impressed with this dealership. They have taken care of me.

We were traveling back from vacation when my truck decided it wanted to start having issues after getting off at the Evergreen exit. I called Peach Chevrolet and talked to the service department about the issue and was able to limp my truck down to them. They were quick to diagnose and luckily had the part in stock to fix it. I can’t thank them enough for all the help! We were able to get back on the road quick. Thanks again to everyone in the service department at Peach Chevrolet!

Not particularly impressed. Went in for a key fob that wasn't working. My infant granddaughter pried it apart. I figured it was an easy fix. Nope. Definitely needs to be replaced. To the tune of $300. I was expecting to pay for a repair, or even $200 for replacement via GMC's site. ($125 for the fob, $75 for programming. What's the other $100 for?)

Except that while I was fiddling with it, horrified at the quoted price, I flipped the circuit board so it contacted the battery. Beep! Beep! My doors locked and we're in business. I snapped the thing back together and walked out.

Definitely needs to be replaced, huh? Can't be repaired, huh? Even by a little ole lady who knows nothing about them?

Buyer Beware. They're selling parts, not service here.

I have already started spreading the word about my positive experience. Melinda was there any time I needed her no matter the day. She even went out of her way to drive by the dealer over the weekend to see if Betty had arrived. Brandon was also a great help to get the deal done. I loved how all of the employees worked as a team and was there to assist each other to make my experience the best car buying experience I have EVER had. I never stepped foot in the dealer either. My new car, which is now named Betty, was delivered by Alex who was so nice. Thank you all for this experience. Melinda, thank you for still following up to make sure I was happy. The best customer service in the business for sure!

Would avoid this dealership unless you're VERY EXPERIENCED and have a calculator on hand. I was in the industry for a few years so I'm relatively clever when it comes to the type of 3 card monte these guys attempted to play. BUYER BEWARE PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK

I've had my car at Peach six times. Not satisfied at all. Already broke down had to be towed twice. And they still have not fixed my car. Allen said I have to tell them to turn off check engine light. I told them Everytime it was on
He said I didn't but had my receipt it showed on top line I told them check engine light was on. I asked him what the hell his job was. You need new mechanic or someone that can fix car . I've spent almost 3000 dollar and still afraid to drive car. Would someone please help me. I'm older woman don't know anything about vehicles but know if check engine light is on something wrong especially already having to be towed twice.
