So let me preface this with saying that I love independent agents (they are able to shop around from a lot of different companies to get you the best rates) and even though I might have picked Kevan initially because we share a last name ... I'm so glad I did! . Kevan got me fantastic rates on landlord policies for rental properties I own in the Salt Lake area and upon recommendation from my accountant, I also asked Kevan about setting up a Universal Life Insurance policy. He was very knowledgeable and got me set up with a great company and a great rate. MANY THANKS!

If i could give zero stars i would. When i signed up i told Kevin i could not do automatic withdrawls. I was also told my insurance would be 63.96, it jumped to 97 and some change, i said whatever and paid anyways. For 3 months I've called and made payments over the phone and then this month they decided to automatically withdraw money from my account and i told them to put it back because i didnt approve. Next thing i know they charge me $35 to have my money put back into my account!!! They charged me 1/3 of my insurance to have my money sent back!!! Im pissed and i will never go through them again!!
