I was told one thing on the phone one week and then told something completely different next week. They lied to me and they will lie to you. This is not the place you want to do business with! Very unprofessional you don’t tell a client you are going to do something and then when it’s not convenient for you to go completely back on your word! That is bad business and bad business ethics. I will also report this to the BBB!

I needed a loan the other day so I choose capstone and applied online. It was easy and the response time was fast. They emailed me that I got approved so I went down there and the process was so easy and fast there too. I believe it was the manager that I dealt with and she was awesome. So very nice and professional. The pay back is not crazy either. And they also report to the credit people. I definitely recommend them.
