I absolutely love Megan Scarborough, my State Farm agent! I’m a 22-year-old college student, just trying to get by and barely passing my classes, let alone dealing with car stuff. I had a recent house fire. And if it wasn't for My Agent, I would have either been in "The Crazy House" or "The Jail House"! My Agent is "The Most"! She is "Understanding", "Courteous",
most of all, "Knowledgeable" of her profession. So when I had issues with My Claim & felt that "My Adjuster" wasn't sympathetic to my needs; My Agent, (The Marvelous Marvel Megan ) sat me down, explained the procedures to me. It took some time with me, irrate and all. Yet she was still just as "patient" with me! She continued to reassure me that everything would work out fine. And it did! I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for her! Oh, I least not forget Steven! Wow, he was the "buffer" before my wrath to Megan. I couldn't ask for or be a part of a better Company nor have "A Better Agent"! "Like A Good Neighbor", "State Farm & The Marvelous Marvel-Megan Scarborough" was There!

I've been with State Farm under Wayne King since before I could drive. Megan Scarborough's office never answers the phone when I call. When I leave a voicemail, my calls are rarely returned. A couple months ago this happened again when I had questions about my policies. A few weeks later my home was destroyed by a tornado. I called the office and again no one bothered to return my call--not even a courtesy call to make sure my family and I were safe or if there was anything they could do to help expedite the home and auto claims. I have only been able to communicate with State Farm via corporate numbers. I like State Farm, but if you're in the market for a new agent, look elsewhere. Once I get my home reconstructed and the dust settles, I'm changing agents. I've also already communicated my frustrations with corporate and will continue to do so. You should be ashamed.
