I didn’t receive a call when my rates increased and when I randomly got charged $13.75 one month, and then $535 the next one. It balanced out, sure, but a call to inform me would’ve been nice. But they sure called me the day before that $535 was due to remind me it was due! Their kindness and patience is a front in my experience. Not insuring with them again. Hate to sound rude, but I’m not going to be mistreated like this. Own up, State Farm. Fix your mistakes.

I canceled my auto coverage in March however they started a new policy in May for me even though I didn't ask for one. They are charging me $483 because of something they did on my policy regarding my kids. If my kids are on the policy then they are covered. They decided to charge me for 6 months to make up for my kids being covered under another vehicle on my policy which they did. I didn't create the policy. Then they said my dad can't have emergency roadside under his car because I used that service under my car more than once within a year, we don't even share a policy. If I'm paying for roadside, why can't I use it? Pick another insurance or office because no one in the office knows anything. They just sent me an email asking for my odometer reading, I'm not even with them.
