Read all the one stars. Thats who these people REALLY are. They suck. Go to anywhere but here.
When you get hucklebucked all they will do is quote the “our policy” garbage. I fired them and saved 3 grand switching over to alfa.
Now get ready to read the automated “we’re sorry about your experience” to make them look like they care slightly. They dont.

Been with them for many years this last time and had them before they constantly rip you off every way they can and will not pay out reasonably at all .I will not ever get them agean especially for home insurance.they want your money but will not pay claims. Bad company everything about them is suspect don't fall for the way they get you to sign up it's a trap.unless you are an attorney.plz just don't do it.

The customer service at the Watts agency is outstanding. Someone always answers the phone or calls back immediately. Each contact knows what they are talking about. I am not thrilled with the continually increasing cost of the policy especially given my driving history, age and age of my auto. I am thinking this is not done at the local local level. But there are some offsets such as limitless roadside assistance. All in all the my experience with Allstate and this agency in particular is at a level at which I feel comfortable recommending to anyone. Thank you.

Chad Watts and his wonderful staff are exceptional. Having worked there previously, I know from personal experience the integrity, compassion and commitment to outstanding service they embody. My mom (insured with Chad’s office) recently had a homeowners claim (roof damage). It has been the best experience! The adjuster went to her house right away and continues to be professional, courteous and helpful. Mom was told less than 24 hours after inspection she was getting a new roof and if anything turns up once the roofers begin, just send those in and it will probably be covered as well (once they take roof off and get in areas unexposed right now). She opted for a paper check (instead of direct deposit) and received the check less than six days later - including weekend. The ladies on the service team are so kind & thoughtful to follow up and make sure she didn’t have questions. Since it was my recommendation she move her insurance away from “Jake” to Chad Watt’s Allstate, I can’t express enough gratitude for everything they’ve done for my family - we are his loyal customers!

My contact with Chris Watts agency I Krista and she is absolutely amazing! If I need anything at all she is on it at that time. And the pricing for my insurance needs are the best! I'm so glad that she called me to give me quotes for homeowners and auto insurance. I don't regret it on bit! Huge kudos to Chris Watts office and mostly to Krista. I’ve never had any other other insurance than Allstate. So, that’s 40 years. When I first moved to Birmingham I had Richard Reeves on Hwy 31 and he was so nice. He would call me personally and was just great. My daughter had an accident in my car while home on break and I had to call Chad Watts office. It was my first time. I got a recording on a Wednesday at 2:00. No call back. I called the 800 number and for some reason got disconnected twice after being on long hold times. Tried to call the office again as it had been an hour. Spoke to Nicki ( though no one had called me back ) who told me to have the police tow my car to a yard. Then to call her back. I did that and called her but she wasn’t available. Talked to Carmen but got hung up on twice. Carmen sent me through to make a report and over the next two days both agents I spoke to told me that I should not have had my car towed to a yard and asked me why I did that. I said because the agent told me to. They wanted me to pay to have it towed to a body shop— long story but I couldn’t let anyone know the poor treatment or advice I got, how LONG I was on the phone , and Chad Watts ? Who is he? Never met him. Apparently he owns a bunch of offices so.... I think I may want to change to an office that has a better grip on what’s going on in house.

I can truly say that my experience with Allstate has been a very pleasant one. My agent is always courteous when I speak with her over the telephone. I feel confident that if a problem with arise that Allstate would come to the rescue. I really would recommend them to my neighbors.
