I would give zero stars if I could. I have been a customer of Allstate for 22 years, got transferred to this guy, whose agency hasn’t reached out to me a single time since he started making commission off me. I had an accident 13 days ago on my way home from vacation, and haven’t heard from anyone. My truck was totaled, I flipped it several times on the interstate from the left lane to the side of the right lane on the other side of a fence. I COULD HAVE DIED!!! And haven’t even heard from an adjuster or even had my “agent” see if I was ok. My rental supplied by them has to go back on the 22nd, and they have done absolutely nothing with my truck, I’m getting notices from the junkyard, and can’t purchase another vehicle until this one is paid in full. I miss Pete Russell, his agency was awesome! I want to change agents, or maybe even companies at this point. SMH!!! Do better!!!!

This agency used to be as supportive/helpful as one could expect for the underbelly of American business that is insurance; but then they apparently can't report a rear-end, hit and run accident correctly and place the driver rear-ended at fault. The Three Stooges have higher levels of competency than this agent and his staff.

I gave this rating because I'm elderly, on fixed income, only drive car couple days a week, rarely more than 15 miles round trip and it's been over 10 years since I've had an accident. I don't feel as if they take these facts into assessment when renewal

Rates change with no explanation, I reduced coverage to save money on the car side of the bundle and the home side went up significantly and when called and asked the answer was inflation!

I guess a good insurance haven't had to use it and any houses.
Only thing I dislike is trying to contact them. Always get answering machine.
But would recommend Sam
