TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: LISA WORLEY & COMPANY PRESIDENT, MICHAEL GALLOPS! BUYERS BEWARE!

I really want to give ZERO stars!! I feel it is my duty to warn my folks, this company isn’t for us! IYKYK! Dealing with Lisa Worley was my worse customer service experience ever! She clearly didn’t value me as a customer. I have my suspicions about why, but I won’t get into that. The president, Michael Gallops, is the same. He told me to go somewhere else for my broker services. Why you might be asking yourself? Because I complained about Lisa Worley’s complete lack of customer service. I called her a minimum of 6-8 times to clear up some confusion I had regarding a renewal. I left several voicemails. She never answered the phone and never called back. Ever. I did nothing wrong. Account paid in full. As a matter of fact, they owe me a refund. I have never been disregarded in this way as a customer in my life. The culture of this company is not customer service oriented. So to my folks, stay away. There are so many more options for our hard earned money. Companies that appreciate your business.
