That reason is because of one person in that office; the acknowledgment, genuine understanding, time/energy dedication, the patience she present, the engagement she provides when I call in with my strange insurance questions. I have been with State Farm for over 40 years and with Ted Townley for almost that long and I could not ask for a better insurance team!
