VERY disappointed in our claim dollar amount after lightning hit our house. Didn’t know an electric current specialist knew about the integrity of garage doors?

Our adjuster was very pleasant and friendly in person, however, he was very quick to throw a comment I made to him back in my face which I made due to people trying to rip off companies. So much for 26 years with this agency. Just be careful when you open your garage doors after they malfunction from lightning surge because according to them, the over traveling and subsequent damage to the door is NOT storm related. #cantbefriendly #peoplesuck
