I have been with State Farm since I was in college back in 1988, but specially with my State Farm rep Jean Breton. I never gave a second thought to changing but I did have to follow Jean to three different agents. First with Larry Boots and then Schlereth and now Al Bowler. She and I periodically review my policies to make sure I am getting the best deal–and when adjustments need to be made, they make them. Jean is my State Farm usual contact but everyone there is always helpful when I call. I’ve have needed to increase deductibles to save money when needed, needed proof of insurance while traveling trying to rent a car–one call to them and it’s emailed or texted instantly. They and Jean are just the best!
