Our family has utilized the Arizona Long Term Care ("ALTCS") program when both parents required advanced health care. If not for the ALTCS program, we most certainly would not have been able to afford a fraction of the health care services needed for many years.

Working the ALTCS application on our own was incredibly challenging and while we were able to get approval, it took several months and numerous attempts. Due to the program's stringent and ever changing guidelines, it was extremely stressful to not only become eligible, but to maintain the financial limits to remain eligible.
