Rarely open during normal business hours, which are very limited.
If you're lucky enough to get them to answer the phone the "best person to help you" is out to lunch or on vacation.
They will make accessing your money the hardest challenge you've ever experienced.

Use another REPUTABLE bank instead of this one!
