I have had State Farm Insurance with Kenny Ford for over a decade. Recently, I decided to start shopping around due to the rates skyrocketing, the failure to communicate with me, and how I didn't feel like I could trust them anymore. I spoke with a few different people, but Bobi Jo Troutman was patient, kind, and very informative with me. She made me feel comfortable. She never made me feel pressured to make a quick decision. She was always there to answer all questions I had. She remained professional, but also friendly. She never hesitated to communicate with me in different forms (Email, Text, Call). She was always understanding of my schedule. My rate was perfect as well. I would highly recommend giving them a call, if you are in the market for a new insurance company. Even if you are not in the market, I would give them a call and see if she can offer you something better. Thank you Bobi Jo.
