I own multiple small businesses and rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience with this company was TERRIBLE! I own lots of rental property and have multiple agencies, but I inherited this agency thru an acquisition of portfolio and decided to leave the policy there....big mistake!! Specifically Barbara Neil was the servicing agent. She never appreciated my business. Never one time in 3 years reached out to me even when my premiums increased almost $500/month. I tried to contact her once and left 2 different messages with a live person and still never received a response. I finally showed up at her office to request a drop of a property that I was in closing to sell....she tried to tell me I didn't have a policy with them...until I continued to insist and she finally "found" it. She did not answer my questions well and when I expressed my unhappiness with their service she didn't act like she really cared that I was looking elsewhere. THEN later I realized she never canceled the property as per requested that day and it took me months to get it straightened out by another agency.....so my account was continually charged over $1k per month for MONTHS!!! I would NEVER do business with this agency and will tell anyone that ever asks me for a referral not to either!!!
