Calling in general makes me nervous, but glad I did. Gus was very patient and explained the plans that would best fit me and my dependent. He helped me log into my account and update necessary information. He was very calm and patient all while hearing my baby cry during the call. Really had me feel at ease to get affordable health insurance. I appreciate his help and would call again if I need further assistance in the future.

Gus was incredibly knowledgeable, quick, smart, and helped me secure a plan in about 15 minutes. He was able to talk through the pros and cons of the Bronze vs Silver vs Gold plans available to me, which ones would be best with our health considerations, and which one would be the cheapest in the long run when comparing monthly premium to deductibles and copays. I'd always purchased my own insurance off the exchanges by myself previously, but HIGHLY recommend Gus (Augustio) Zoida as a wingman when you're deliberating on coverage. Having somebody like him who knows the ins and outs of the various plans and is well-versed in income / deductions and how that affects any aid you might be eligible for made me feel incredibly confident that I was choosing the correct option for me and my husband. 10/10. No notes.
