It was one of the worst weeks I've had in recent memory. Out of nowhere, I was assailed with phone calls from a collection agency. I pride myself on having good credit and paying my bills on time, so this was shocking. According to this collection agency I owed thousands of dollars to two different credit cards, I apparently never paid. After looking into it, I was the victim of some pretty serious ID Theft. Someone stole two credit cards, electronically, not physically and charged thousands of dollars under my name and credit. They also changed my address, so I didn't about any of this for almost a year! Needless to say, I was in trouble.
I immediately posted my dilemma on Facebook and an old friend told me about Conquer Credit Management. I immediately emailed them. Angela Setters called me that very day. I was a wreck and she put a lot of my fears to rest. Anyway, I hired them and it was the best decision I ever made. The collection agencies didn't stop harassing me, but Angela, Ralph and everyone at Conquer took over like horse wranglers. They kept me informed of every move, and through their guidance I was even able to get a detective to look into the case. They've been patient and unbelievably professional. More importantly, they fixed the problem! My credit is back where it needs to be..
If you're having any credit issues, I implore you, just go with Conquer Credit. They really do care, and you will get your money's worth. It was the best money I've spent.
