They are the worst insurance company I've ever seen. All they do is sell you a policy after that they never return your calls and you don't exist. I wanted to add a golf cart to my policy, that took 3 days. I had hail damage of 30k and they are using everything they can to get out of it. Stay far away from this office. Over priced policy twith a 1000 holes to get out of the policy. That's how they operate. You pat them, they don't pay you.

Initially I went with Paul’s agency because he gave me a better price than my previous carrier; however since that time I have stayed with him because of the service. Any problems and just a call to his office and they are taking care of promptly. I had a claim as well and it was handled rapidly and professionally and to my complete satisfaction. Very poor service. I called to find out what my new premium on my insurance would be and after several attempts to contact Paul, settled for his assistant who gave me an estimate of my new premium. I believed him . This was last year and I called a few weeks ago to see what it would be exactly and when it would kick in and was told the assistant had been fired and the amount would be over 3xs the amount quoted me. I had counted on the first quote being correct . This mistake has made my insurance burden great
