the entire team is very unprofessional and team members keep on changing which causes unnecessary delay in processing the claim. they are very efficient while collecting the premium for the insurance, but even after we have submitted all the documents there is no clarity on the status of our claim post three months of the accident and hospitalization.

No proper response,for my one question they take one month to answer, In any way I am of the opinion that this insurance co utterly misdirects consumers. Company wants premium only.claims are not settled.Any one will wonder that my claim raised 12 months back and I got the negative reply.After I ignored everything they ask the first question now.Finally I would say that this company is not worth.
