Dirk & Eric are why we stayed with State Farm after our home had a smoke damage claim. Not only did Dirk create a great policy that covered us for living in a hotel for months but also for our home repairs. He could have created a min basic policy but that's not him. He's always looking out for his clients like family. Throughout all of our claims they have been quick to respond and resolved all issues. We recently moved to Idaho. Our new State Farm agent didn't have any changes to make to our policies because Dirk set us up well. Dirk & Eric are amazing and I will miss working with them.

Our family has had the pleasure to have Dirk and State Farm in our lives for going on close to 20 years. Whenever we have questions, concerns or are making future plans, Dirk is always extremely responsive and ALWAYS goes the extra mile. I know we aren’t the only ones that gets this type of treatment, this is just how he and Eric treat everyone who walks through their doors or calls their lines. We recently had a claim that required body shop workforce about two weeks. He not only suggested a fantastic shop, but did a personal pick up when prior plans fell through to get me back home and made several trips to check in on the repair progress throughout the process and sent us update pictures. Truly first class, small town hospitality and care. I wouldn’t want to chance any sort of fly-by-night operation that may offer slightly better rates when I know exactly the type of care our policies receive with Dirk. Seriously a one of a kind person and business owner. You won’t be sorry.
