I have been with this company for over 10 years and had multiple changes made to my policies and added and dropped cars with out any issues. Tony has always been the best in the business. He gets me the best coverage and best price available and has always had answers for my questions. I highly recommend Tony and his team at quality general to anyone who is looking for coverage. I know it sounds like a commercial ad but they really are the best around. Give them a shot and you will see!

None of the employees can help with anything. The lady that was in the office was not engaging and did not offer to help with anything at all. This insurance company is full of people who does not prioritize their clients' needs before their own good. I'm switching insurance as soon as my claim is resolved. I'm never recommending or looking back at this insurance.

If you have an insurance policy with quality, be prepared to pay a WHOLE bunch of unnecessary fees for EVERYTHING! I honestly wouldn't have started my policy here if I wasn't already a loyal customer of Kemper Infinity! So, here's a little tip! DOWNLOAD THE KEMPER INFINITY APP!! So, when you need to do simple things like PAY YOUR BILL or add a vehicle or call for roadside assistance, you can freely do so without having to pay a bunch of unnecessary fees!

Rocio... She was very rude! If your having a bad day... My advice to you is to STAY HOME! When asked for her Managers number... She responds " I am the manager" like she has the authority to talk to DISRESPECTFULLY!! I am a payed customer! Don't think you can speak to me some type of way! Then she doesn't want to give me her bosses number then acts like she's the victim... Rocio then tells me "ma'am please stop being rude"! EXCUSE ME?! First of all lets not twist the truth your the one being SUPER RUDE ROCIO!!

Been going here For years now for insurance and Alex is always helpful . Everytime I have a problem he always shows me the best route to go. Staff is very professional here , I would definitely recommend and I’m definitely going to keep doing business with him !
