With the recent inflation and increased cost of life throughout California and the United States of America, I am pleased that Farmers Insurance cares for its customers/clients. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Liz via phone to help reduce the amount I am paying for my Auto and Renter Insurance (sidenote: Farmers no longer offers renters insurance). I have been with Ryan Turner since I started my insurance journey, and they have taken care of me since then. I am grateful to be a farmers member. Shoutout to Liz (@Ryan, give her a raise) because she was patient with me, kind, understanding, and shared the reality of the current economy. Having insight and understanding allows me to be an informed insurance shopper and creates the opportunity for me to make choices that best fit my lifestyle and budget.

From the first moment I called Ryan, he spent over an hour on the phone with me explaining every single line that you see on a typical policy. Issues with payment on repair of my Ford Edge .Dealership calls after repair is done wanting me to pay in full when the insurance was set up to pay them and my out of the pocket was just the $100 deductible. While waiting for lyft ride to pick up my car, contacted Natalie and a short 8 minutes later walking into deanship the counter person immediate started apologizing for the misunderstanding. The price of the repair had been lowered from a previous quote, paid the $100 and on my way home. Ryan Turner Office always has my back. Thanks for the ultra fast response.
