WARNING: Do not go to this live scan fingerprinting location. I recently had a terrible experience here. Despite submitting my fingerprints in a timely fashion for my employer, I was told that they only saved the prints and not actually submitted them to the DOJ. After waiting 10 days, I contacted them to inquire about the status and was informed that they would submit the results 10 days after I went down and gave them.
I was already frustrated that I couldn't start work due to their mistake, and when I asked if they could expedite the process, they refused. When I expressed my disappointment and explained the impact their error was having on me (I'm without a paycheck and waiting indefinitely for the results), their response was nonchalant and unapologetic. They seemed to brush off the issue as a simple mistake.
Be warned: this establishment is incompetent and doesn't care about the consequences of their mistakes. If you value your time and your livelihood, avoid this place at all costs.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Scheduled for 10 am get their and the receptionist who’s not wearing a mask tells me there booked and I should come back at a later time. There was no one in there! When I argue this the receptionist gets Kristyn who was rude off hand, she said I was interrupting her work and that I needed to reschedule. I asked why the system let schedule if it was busy. She pulls her receptionist to the side and I hear Kristyn say “forget this guy I’m not wasting my time on his livescan just make him leave” I stormed out of there. I don’t recommend this place to anyone! Very rude and very lazy!

Kristyn is a fascist and her receptionist are very lazy. Her and all her staff had horrible attitudes. My boyfriend came in for a LiveScan and from the beginning Kristyn was condescending and dismissive. She wanted to reschedule him when no one was in there! He entire schedule was free online but when you get there the snotty receptionist wants to reschedule. No too mention no covid regulations were followed neither Kristyn or her staff were wearing masks but sent my boyfriend back out for his. Not too mention she’s a thief! He made an error on his LiveScan and wanted to charge my boyfriend 5.00 for an email to correct it. He paid her but she decided not to do the LiveScan and kicked us out not before throwing his paperwork on the floor. He had gotten into with Kristyn verbally and she rudely told him he wasn’t enough to fill out the forms. Not too mention when my boyfriends hiring company called her to fill out an incident report. She put the whole thing on him and claimed we were causing trouble. She also lied and told them me and my boyfriend threatened her and her staff. Even though it was her threatening to call the police on us when we demanded she pay back the 5$ This place is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Kristyn is very unprofessional and lazy about her work. She would rather place blame on others other then herself. She even hung up un the company representative and admitted to hanging up in their face when the rep called back. They said she was very aggressive in handling the situation and this isn’t the first time Kristyn has been reported for her poor behavior. Better notary services out there.
