If I could give them negative stars I would. Terrible customer service, from not being able to get any person on the phone to them dodging the issue and directing the call to someone else leaving multiple voicemails and never getting a return call back. I was with this agency for over 3 years and due to terrible customer service switched.

Currently dealing with collections agency where I told them I would pay. Just let me know what the actual bill is for and so far they're drawing a blank. I had home and auto policy and I've never had a bill go to collections . Stay far away as possible, They happily will help you when you're signing up, but after that you're on your own. Would not recommend at all and glad I left.

Not really impressed. I went in a week ago. A service rep was supposed to call, but did not. I called back with more info and he still has not returned my call. Oh well. You win some, you lose some.

Maffei has just undergone a large billing initiative to modernize their back office systems and from what I can see, it has gone totally pear shaped.

I had one policy canceled because the applied auto to home owners and all electronic billing has stopped working.

This in itself is not the reason I give them such a bad rating. It was the attempt to gaslight me and make it seem like it was my fault, when in fact it is a major issue on there side, which was confirmed by my broker.

I had one claim in about 10 years for a broken mirror that was struck when I parked. I have an Audi SQ5 and they offered 300 bucks for the claim, after weeks of battling, in which I had no car, they paid to get it fixed for the 4k it really cost.

This has been my experience take it for what its worth.

Solid agency. Alma knows her stuff and seems to really care about doing the right thing for you- not just sell insurance. She's a great person to call to check your coverage and make sure you have the right protection before you need it...
