Very poor communication from this company. I contacted the claims adjuster who was handling my claim after receiving a very cold letter of rejection from my own city. The letter from the city provided no explanation or grounds for the rejection, just simply stated that I should contact the claims adjuster with any questions. I left a voicemail and waited for several weeks. I never got a call back. The rejection letter they then sent me several weeks after receiving the one from the city simply denied responsibility on behalf of the city. I have dash cam footage of the entire accident. George Hills failed to indicate who was responsible for a giant hole that was cut into the roadway. There were no warning signs or attempts to divert motorists from hitting this in the dark. I don’t understand how a firm could be so unkind in their communications and fail to treat people like human beings. It would’ve been a courtesy to at least let me know who was responsible for what clearly was construction work that was left undone given that the city has to have known who they hired to do the work.

Claims TPA’s deal with fraudulent claims more often than not. My experience at George Hills was great. When you understand that you have a legitimate case, they do as well and will take you seriously. It’s a shame to see so many uneducated commenters wrongly accusing GH of illegitimate practices. This company did me a solid! Thanks!

after the city's employee hit my car city don't want to pay dealership for repairs their settle offer is almost half what the dealership's body shop is asking. getting a lawyer to sue city and emplyee dealing with this for almost four months.

George Hills denies claims in bad faith, and they work for big cities and defend them in bad faith even when the city was truly negligent and caused harm. I filed an Ada claim against Beverly Hills and GH was representing the city. They just rejected and denied my claim because they represent greedy cities like Beverly Hills. Hate this company and wouldn’t recommend you ever do business with them. And I’m filing a lawsuit against Beverly Hills for sure.

Listen to the reviews. They will deny you and LIE about why they are denying you. I drove through wet tar because the city was doing work and did not put up a sign. I submitted all the picture evidence of no sign and my $500+ tires COVERED in tar and the location that it happened in. This is when rialto (on riverside) was having construction and periodically closing residential street areas. This company lied on my denial paper and said that the construction or place where it happened wasn’t mandated by the city. Soooo if the city didn’t okay the construction workers to tear up the street, then some strangers did it on their own!?!?! And y’all was okay with it Yea.. OKAY. BE SO SERIOUS!!!. Just a scamming a$$ company.

You deny my claim cuz I was clearly wrong because of things that were even my fault I'll put pathetic shows how great the system is people and telling me to do something that's pretty much pointless anyway and wasting money to get it reapproved wow a new low for insurance company so I can definitely say that

Edit: Chuck covers corrupt officials and took forever to contact me after I threaten to sue you too because I could the fact u call back so quick show but your still denying my claim when u said u would if I got that paperwork in hopefully your boss will be more willing to bend to what's right
