Not loyal to workers at all! I had a job that I loved that was an hour from my house without traffic. I ended up leaving that job because it was too far from home so I got a job that was 5 minutes from where I lived at the time. To be honest most of the fault for my situation lies with the company that hired me and not with Nelson, however, upon the company deciding to terminate my employment, Nelson did not attempt to work anything out, they knew that I was having issues there but told me I would need to resign and go without pay before finding a new opportunity. When the company wanted to terminate my employment with them for "mistakes that were being made" Nelson did not contact me to get my side of the story, nor did they even care that I was the one losing out in the end. After the termination of the company I never heard from Nelson again despite them saying that they would help me find a new opportunity.

Would I recommend Nelson again? NO! They need to improve the worker retention and improve the conflict management between employer and employee because my situation could have been rectified if Nelson had told the company that I was making the same mistakes as everyone else and they cannot terminate me for such reasons, however they did not. Nelson does not care about the workers because the workers do not pay them, the employers do.

Ended up getting laid off in one month with them saying they would call back in two days only for them to call me back a month later to try to give me a position back at Meyers. They are not loyal to their workers. The supervisors that work at Meyers for Nelson staffing fake appreciation for their employees only to lay them off when they feel like it and when they do lay off employees they treat them like homeless knuckleheads on the streets where homeless people often sleep especially by the Meyers campgrounds and buildings. They smell themselves way too much and act all high and mighty like they’re better than their employees and those they lay off. Avoid working for them like the plague at all costs
