You want someone who knows their stuff and is on it no matter what, Bobby is definitely the guy. All it took were a few minutes and we were signing papers. He was prepared with knowledge on my paperwork right off the bat and had a solution at hand.

I am also a huge fan of pens and I got one to keep here so points for that too. The price is beyond reasonable and the service is excellent.

I went into their office and it was fairly a simple piece of paper that I needed to get notarized. It was the most awkward 5 minutes. The gentlemen was not friendly or engaging in the least bit. It felt like I was annoying him. His responses to me asking for clarification were cold. I’m giving it 3 stars because I was literally in and out in 5 minutes. So it was super fast and no hassle at all. Perhaps it just wasn’t his day.

I had to get a birth certificate request form notarized and was told to go to my local bank. After making an unsuccessful there and being told they are all booked up, I did a quick google search to find Bobby who I called to confirm we’re open. From the moment we spoke on the phone, to the moment I was leaving his office, Bobby was professional and courteous. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. He even gave me a free mask for the current pandemic. Phenomenal customer service.
