If I could give 0 stars I would. I've had issues since opening my account. This bank is a joke. If I use my card, my card gets blocked. Then spending hours trying to get it unblocked. Called 3 times today and at the end nothing was resolved except telling me I can't count. Worst customer service. Worst bank.

Ever since Agnes left, this place has been AMAZING! Sadly, this branch has lost 2 people in the last couple of months and is getting ready to lose another. Sad to see them go, but I hope the best for them on their respective journies. But keep up the great work! I love dealing with Erica and Jim, I will greatly miss Gelena, JoAnna, and Jasmine.

Friendly, welcoming employees. They make a point to acknowledge and welcome each customer that walks through their door. They're short staffed due to call-ins. The tellers still had a smile to share regardless of the Rude customers with zero understanding.

People are nice but I submitted all my documents for a non-profit account on April 17th they told me 3 to 4 day's to see if approved here it is April 27th and I still haven't heard anything I have never been treated this poorly with a bank. So I'm applying somewhere else horrible bank experience.

TERRIBLE BANK. I just moved to Arizona a few weeks ago with my 2 kids, I had opened an account at the local us bank thinking it was a good idea. I only had the account for a week and someone in the branch CLOSED my account only after a few day’s of having it. They never called me or explained anything to me before closing it, I had to call them just to find out it had been closed. All they said was they would send a cashiers check to my address which will take 7-10 business days, when I could of just gone to the bank and gotten a check from them in person. I have 2 kids under 3 that I can’t buy anything for now because I TRUSTED US BANK with my money.

Update: they have now decided to close my account, no one at customer service or at either Kingman or Bullhead branch can tell me why, they said that they can do it for any reason at any time they want. Account is and always has been in good standing. Avoid them at all costs!!
Rudest, most disrespectful, unwilling to help people I've ever dealt with in my life. usually customer service on the phone is ok, until today. They took money from my account as " over draft protection" before the account over drafted then the guy was super rude on the phone when I was trying to understand why(for a pending transaction even though I just deposited $600) so be aware they can and will take what ever they want from you for any reason they want. All of this because of fraud on the account AGAIN! Apparently they are the easiest Bank in the world to steal from and be stolen from.

I've been with US Bank for over 20 years and have never been treated so badly!! The tellers at this bank were rude and have no customer service skills. I'm highly considering changing Banks since this is the only branch in Kingman and I recently moved here. I've never been made to feel so humiliated by a "customer service" representative for having fraudulently activity on my account. ?

My wife and I went to the US Bank to open a checking account. We were told to have a seat and she would be with us shortly. After waiting 30 minutes for her to finish she came over and told us we would have to come back in 45 minutes as she was going to lunch. WHAT! I asked her why she told us to have a seat and wait if she was going to lunch and she just kept saying we would have to come back. I told her not to waste her time, we will go somewhere else to open an account.
We went to Chase down the street and were greeted when we arrived and introduced to a banking professional, opened our account and were done in 15 minutes.
After telling this to friends of ours that bank at US Bank they told us they were in line for 10 minutes to make a deposit and when it was their turn the teller tried to close the window and go to lunch. They made such a stink the teller was forced to reopen the window and complete their business.
Why would anyone use this bank, no service, no drive up and the worst location in Kingman, AZ.
