I’ve been renting space at California Business Center for a while now, and it’s been a really solid experience. The place is clean, well-kept, and ideal for small business owners who need a professional environment without the huge overhead. It’s quiet, secure, and has everything I need to focus on running my business.

Steve, the owner, has been incredibly helpful since day one. He’s approachable, quick to respond, and genuinely tries to support the tenants. You can tell he actually cares about the people here and not just filling spaces.

Before moving in, I saw a few negative reviews online, but honestly, those don’t reflect what I’ve experienced at all. It seems like some of them may come from personal grudges or misunderstandings. From what I’ve seen, Steve has always been professional and fair.

If you’re a small business owner looking for a no-fuss, supportive place to grow your business, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out.

The owner, manager and staff always go out of their way to help.

Also saved my start up office a bundle of money.

Saved also lots of time. They signed for my packages, greeted my guests. Even handled surprise visits from clients by putting them on the phone from my shared reception area.

I would absolutely not rent here if you can avoid it. Front desk staff member Melanie is friendly but can do nothing to help when issues arrive. Management is disrespectful and unprofessional when clients are in the waiting room. Management has changed 3 times in just the past few months. Ceilings leak in the conference rooms and they arent even consistent with their monthly rates.

Have been here for many years and I would not rent an office in Fairfield without checking out CBC first. Pricing is good, people are friendly, the office is centrally located. a win,win,win!
