Like everyone has stated below, terrible company, they dragged my home owners insurance case out for months only to deny my claim. When it was cleary stated in there own report they were not sure what was wrong. Do not use this company!!!

This is the company Boost mobile uses for phone insurance. I have been paying their 7$ a month plan for 3 years now and I just tried to file a claim because my phone camera app is no longer working. I am unsure when it happened and told them I didn't know when the problem happened so I just picked a random date that was 3 months ago. After this they informed me I was not eligible for a replacement because the date was past 60 days. No one told me when I got the insurance that I had to make a claim within 60 days nor was I provided any paperwork with the terms and conditions. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she couldn't help me and once I became frustrated she hung up on me. I've paid into this company totalling around 250$ enough to buy a new phone, the supervisor couldn't even cancel the insurance and said I have to call Boost and do it. I've been on hold with Boost for 2 hours and I am still currently waiting to speak with their supervisor. This insurance company is a scam that doesn't want to help they just want to take your money and leave you helpless. They should be ashamed of themselves and I recommend no one to waste their money paying for insurance that will not help you when you actually need it.

Please read these reviews before you sign with these criminals! I spoke with Geico about changing my home insurance , they gave me this company quote and I said YES! The home inspector came out a d they then sent me an email 2 weeks later saying they were dropping me because of something with my roof. I was LIVID. They reneged on the agreement, they need to state an inspection needs to be performed BEFORE a signed agreement. Now I’m having to pay 20% more on insurance because I cancelled the great plan I had before and rates have changed since my last agreement. I’ve contacted BBB about this.

Insurance company that most definitely does not put the human life nor human beings well being above their bottom line. They will drag your case out, deny prescriptions ordered by your doctors. They will drag their feet, but call for action if the injured party takes their time in determining what they want.
