Miss Nelly is exceptional! I originally spoke with her about a Health plan back in September 2024 and she left a A+ impression on me so I kept her phone # on my nightstand. I want to say a big thanks to Albry. Out of many calls from health care she is the only one who was thorough in giving me the best benefits. Matthew Munson was my Med - Advisor and he did an absolutely wonderful job !!
He took his time to make sure that I understood how all of the changes in
Medicare C and D will affect me . And his demeanor was totally Friendly and Professional . Anyone who gets to work with Matthew is very lucky . True Story . LoL !
