TWP has been providing our health care insurance for over ten years. We have been served in these years by one of the principals, Phyllis Hyde. I cannot imagine anyone who goes out of their way to provide the best service, searches the most competitive rates and is more knowledgable about one's health care options. Phyllis has a pleasing personality, is patient, listen's, and works to always get the coverage best suited for her clients. I say clients because I have referred half a dozen or more friends and colleagues to her and everyone raves about the experience. She is the best.

TWP has been my insurance agent for almost 25 years and have recommended them to my friends. And the feedback from friends has always been a big "thank you for referring Tim". Each year Tim reviews my medical needs - including my medications, to see which plan fits the best for me. I will never forget when my second year rolled around, Tim asked for a list of my prescriptions so I asked him why because no one had ever asked me that question before. It was because he wanted to compare my medications with a couple of insurance carriers to see which company had the best costs. I couldn't believe someone would take the time for this. That's when I knew, I never change agents again.
