We worked with Todd and his team about two years ago when our ARM rate skyrocketed to more than triple, and our bank, whom we had worked with for 15 years with not one late payment, refused to work with us.
The team was amazing and the whole experience was incredible. He didn't tell us to trust him, but because of how things were handled, we trusted his guidance and process implicitly!
Today, I reached out to Todd to check whether we would be able to take advantage of the falling interest rates. Our call reminded me that I need to let others know that Todd and this team are the first phone call you should make when you need help or information on your home mortgage.

I tried 3 times on my own to try and work with my bank to try and lower my rate on my home loan. I have a file 6 inches thick of all the paperwork they needed. I got the run around and I was declined all 3 times. I found Todd from Golden State Financial and I was very skeptical at first. But he was amazing. He was brutally honest with my situation and was there every step of the way. He got Chase to lower my rate from 6.5% down to 2% and extended my loan to 40 years. He saved my family $2K a month and he saved our home and we will be forever thankful for what Todd did for me my family.

After calling my mortgage company every 6 months for the past 3 years I got the phone call that changed everything! Todd called me and explained the loan modification process to me in great detail. His team went right to work informing me of the documents and suggestions for approval that I would need. Every time I had a question Todd was there to answer me and calm my nerves.
