Jim is the best insurance agent I have ever worked with. Our homeowners and auto were up for renewal. Jim spent a lot of time to get us the best quote possible and explained our options thoroughly. He also advised that we were underinsured, but still saved us money overall. He is very accessible, returning all calls and emails promptly. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

After his overall review of our policies, the only changes he would make were beneficial to providing ample coverages should there be a need. There was no pressure to make changes. Jim is a great agent who cares a great deal for his clients. I found him based on the recommendation from Nextdoor. He would meticulously provide an apple to apple comparison with your current policies to make sure you get the best deal. Not only that, he would also explain to you about the details of the coverage so that you understand what you are getting. Jim is very responsive when I got any questions which I found really valuable.

I found Jim through an internet search and saw he had great reviews. What I didn't expect was how thorough he was. He took his time to explain all the different coverages and even though we are basically still going through the same insurance companies. He was able to update my policies ensure I was properly covered and tailored a plan that worked best for my family and I. And the best part unlike my previous agent, Jim is very responsive, great at returning calls, and answering my questions and concerns. That in itself is worth making the switch.

When my current automobile insurance company declined to renew my policy and my independent insurance agency did not contact me (they eventually did), I decided to look for a new agent. I called Jimmy Kreisman after seeing so many outstanding reviews on Google and other sites. He returned my initial call earlier this month in 20-30 minutes. Despite being ready to leave town on a trip and with work stacked up before and after his trip, he said that he would work me in. He spent some time on the phone educating me on current insurance issues and solicited information for getting started on my proposal. I also heard from him over the next week plus.

When the time came, the proposal he sent me was much less than I was expecting. I decided to also switch my renters insurance over to him.

Jimmy was great to work with. He is so knowledgeable about the insurance industry. He is direct, polite and honest, which I certainly appreciate. I went from being concerned about my insurance situation to feeling really good about where I stand and what I need to do in the future. I recommend him with no reservations whatsoever. He is a class act.
