Been going to get my taxes done here for years and been through the change of owners. Still amazing service throughout the years and even with the change a few years ago. Julia was amazing! She was very nice, patient, and helpful. The appointment went smoothly and quickly. We will be returning again next year!

Don't go to this place for your taxes, it's a disaster since they changed owners
It's sad that the clients never found out about this change and we had to keep going here after Mr. Pete sold it. They are so rude all they care is about the money.. Not the client's well being.
Julia the manager was super rude, she practically told me to go somewhere else, the cost to do your taxes is very high.
Mr. Pete was always professional and showed that he cared about his clients. Alan is only interested in money... how sad that there are these types of businesses. I'm sure they won't last long.

This place used to be great. Waited 45 minutes past my appointment after checking in. I even called 25 minutes before my appointment where the could have told me that they were running late instead of wasting my time. No one said a word to me so I told them to cancel my appointment and left. Stay away!

Wasn't a pleasant experience. It wasn't the same since the company got sold to a new owner. First year, they have missed to add our dependent which was later found out after we paid a hefty amount of service fee. We never got our tax refund and never refunded any service charges. Despite the previous unsatisfactory service from the new company, we still gave another year a try. This year it wasn't as horrible as the last year but the service fee just skyrocketed. It's so high that your refund can only covers their service fee. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place. It's really not worth the money and the risk.

I've been going here for 15 years, give or take. But Pete "Cruz" is gone, as is the wizardry that made him and his business both famous and beloved. In the past, they would have a junior person do a preliminary pass, then Pete or Alain would look it over and work their magic. None of that happens now. They are just like every other tax service now, except twice as expensive.

I had an appointment that I scheduled a week ahead and told me to check in an hour before and so I did. It was a virtual appointment but they did not follow up I wasted my time not recommended.
