Been with Robert for many years, always good agent....as of the last few years has not been good (unable to contact by phone or email when needed )....changed agent...to find out one of my policies was not up to date with important information regarding new addresses and property involved...(for several years) was paying for insurance that would of not covered us .... so sad...thankfully nothing happened and we are working to resolve the problem....what a nightmare....
