Contacted these guys about needing my roof replaced and they came out the next day to give me a quote. It was the best quote of the three I collected and felt great choosing to hire this local company. Over 2.5 days they replaced the roofs on my home and detached garage. Gabe and his crew are awesome. We’ve lived in Flagstaff for over 10 years and have been constantly disappointed and annoyed with the level of service and professionalism… until we met Gabe. This company was outstanding from estimate to completed work! They showed up quickly to provide an estimate, provided proof of insurance upon request, and scheduled our job immediately. Upon the final invoicing, they provided photos of the repairs as they were being completed.

We've used Gabriel a few times and cannot recommend him enough! We had Gabriel out a few months back to fix an issue on our roof. He came out extremely quickly and had a crew there to fix it within a week. He was super responsive, knowledgable, reasonably priced and took the time to explain everything to us. Most recently we were selling our house and a few days before closing our buyers noticed a branch resting on the roof. We needed an emergency inspection and Gabriel came out just a few hours later. Not only did he inspect the roof and provide a report but he even trimmed the branch for us. Truly a godsend.

I moved into a new house and discovered a very leaky garage roof with the first monsoon storm. I contacted gabriel for an estimate. The owner came to evaluate my roof. He was very informative and personable. He sent me the estimate and a schematic of the area that he proposed to fix the same day. The crew showed up when I was told that they would, the work was done quickly, and the clean up was immaculate. I'm very happy to report no more leaks!!

Gabriel and the entire Northern Arizona Building team are consumate professionals. They replaced our roof including skylights, replaced damaged siding on our home and painted the entire house.
