I moved to a location far from any KPCU branches in 2018 but it did not affect the excellent customer service I get from Kelly Hargreaves, the branch manager who assists me remotely from the closest KPCU to my home. She makes it so easy to get approved for a loan whether personal or auto right from the convenience of your home. So I opened an account there to refinance a vehicle I purchased recently. The teller that helped me was a young man probably in his twenties. I was honestly surprised that a teller was helping me with a vehicle refinance application. When I got the rejection letter one of the reasons they said was that there was no verifiable income. Basically I'm a Lyft driver so I could verify my income but I just feel like the person who helped me didn't really know what he was doing and should have known that they would reject my application if there was no income that was verified. So basically it was a waste of time to run it the way he did and I would have told him to not run it if he had told me what he was going to do. Very disappointing experience. I feel like loan officers should be more experienced.

I went in to open a business checking account and was greeted immediately by Carolina making me feel right at home.
