Throughout this two-year odyssey, John was very patient with me and was always there when I needed his advice and assistance.

He didn’t let anyone, or any obstacle get in the way of me getting my dream house. There were definitely hurdles in the process, tense moments and others who were just not performing timely. John made sure that the deal went through because of the extra work he put into it, even when it wasn’t his responsibility. John helped the purchasing process go very smoothly by working with the Seller's agent. He always returned my calls and gathered information as I needed it. He is very knowledgeable about the tons of paperwork that needed completion to put in the offer. He recommended a great Title Co. who was very easy to work with. He also helped me find a great contractor to upgrade a few plumbing items before I moved in.
