I have been coming to The Business Center for four years now to do my taxes, when I come into the office I am pleasantly greeted, staff is always kind, and their office is clean and organized. I always set my appointments with Oskar and I will continue to do so. He takes the time to make sure all my questions and concerns are addressed, he is very knowledgeable, thorough, and timely. Oskar takes all the stress out of tax season for me and creates a seamless process, and his wonderful sense of humor is a bonus! I made an appointment with them via phone call talked with someone name Sozan who scheduled this appointment and we talked the Fee over the phone very detailed ,
When Daniel completed the task asked for a different amount of fee while I was talking to him about what we discussed with his wife and came in an agreement then there was another Female jump in our conversation yielded oh that’s Jerk she was interested to start making our day missed up not even her job scope she just jumped in showed interest of arguing.

Long story short .
Zero customer service very rude and not professional at all . Please don’t make your lovely day worse At their business highly recommended to go somewhere else .
