Very unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and unresponsive. I had a meeting scheduled; they called nearly 30 minutes before the meeting. They didn't have any answers to my questions. They only know the very basics and just plug in numbers to TurboTax. After I asked questions about 401k contributions for my wife's 1099, they couldn't help at all. I called 3 times, left 3 voicemails, left 8 emails and no response for an entire month! They still haven't gotten back.

Do not use! They are very unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and unresponsive. They spent 5 minutes plugging in numbers to TurboTax and gave a basic answer without any help. They didn't have any answers to my questions. They only know the very basics and just plug in numbers to TurboTax. They couldn't help at all. I called multiple times, left multiple voicemails, and multiple emails and no response for an entire month! They still haven't gotten back after they said they would help.
