This office has been my agent of choice for more than 2 years now. I have never had any issues at all. In fact, the staff is always super helpful, very prompt in replying to queries, and very transparent about bills.

Bethany Riggan: I was to especially thank her for her service. She is lovely to talk to and helped me save money on my plan. I am usually quite busy with my schedule and can't pick up calls, but she tried calling multiple times over several days to reach out to me when someone tried to change my policy pretending to be me. I appreciate it a lot.

I called Jessica and team and made an appointment to come in that afternoon. Chris Yoon was personable and efficient. Within 15 minutes I had a new auto insurance policy at a great rate despite having Ontario plates. I so appreciate the personal service. I've only ever dealt with big Canadian insurance companies online or on the phone and it was so refreshing to be able to talk to real people. It also seems like a fun office. Chris Yoon at State Farm is the best! I appreciate that when I call, Chris actually answers the phone (or returns my call promptly) and he never acts like it’s bothersome to do so. Meanwhile, other companies put you through an automated loop of “press 1 for this, press 2 for that…” Then, when you finally do get through to a person, they encourage you to just use their app next time. If their app had the answers I need, I wouldn’t be calling.

On the other hand, Chris is always helpful and knowledgeable, and his follow through is superb. He even recognized that I was eligible for a better rate based on how little I’m actually driving. Who does that? Other insurance companies are trying to figure out how they can raise their premiums rather than save you money. Thank you, Chris. I appreciate having an agent that’s on my side. Keep up the great work!
