We had a great experience with Jessica and Xylia. Allstate kept jacking up our premiums without notice (literally told us "we don't have to give any reasons" when we called) to a point where we were paying almost double at the end 2024 than at the beginning of the year.

Really glad we did because with Xylia and Jessica's help, we were able to slash our premiums literally 56% of what they were AND our coverage was even more comprehensive and our deductibles lower. The turnaround was so fast -- from walking in, filling out the forms, and having quotes by the next day.
