Links Insurance is the WORST! Atul never answers the phone and just hangs up on you—so disrespectful! Plus, they completely ignore requests for loss runs. Seriously, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Absolutely terrible service!"

I have been using links Insurance over 23 years now, I have been the customer of Links insurance since 2001 and I have had all kinds of hick ups in trucking industry which links has resolved each and every time regarding insurance.

This is the worst ever company to work with. Lost a lot of money and valuable time. Pathetic customer service. Don’t get fooled if they offer better rates coz with poor service you lose your money and peace of mind. I worked with Vinay’s team and it was so disappointing. Same problems were faced by all my friends who use this company and team.
