Their service was not that fast. I ended up canceling and payed off my full bill. A year later I have collections calling me saying I still owed them money. They didn't send me any new bills or receipts or call me.

I’ve been a customer of Sebastian for several years now. I’ve never felt more safe as I have with the alarm system in my home. It’s easy to use very dependable and like I have someone watching over me 24 seven. The Service is awesome and the cost is very affordable. It helps to be safe in this day and age. I called them to ask them why they were charging my card almost 400 dollars and the lady said it was because they had to replace my router (cause my router had stopped working due to water damage) and the tech guy had to come to put a new router but I was never informed that the charge for a router was 200 plus a 100 for his service leaving me with a bill of 400, if I would of known I would of paid for the router that broke and cancelled the service since the new router was gonna be 100 to be installed. I only have them because they are the only internet company available or else I would of already left. If you have other options don’t go with them.

Today I called because my mother who is 91 lives alone and her phone has been intermittently static and often not working. I have ring cameras so that I can monitor her activity and wellness. I called at 9 AM a technician named Apple called me when he arrived 3 hours later and after his evaluation it was determined that the line coming into her home needed to be replaced. Apple thought outside of the box and found another source of a phone line to another building on site that was still good he made a temporary fix and brought the line overhead into the home and the problem was fixed phone works perfectly and internet is a solid connection. Apple went beyond expectations and solved the problem by using good judgement and compassion for an elderly woman and solving the immediate issue.
