Honestly, I don’t even want to give this business the one star. Both individuals working at this store are disrespectful, unhelpful, and rude. I’ve visited this postal annex store many times and every single time I have come for service, I have been over charged for minor services. I came to pick up an order that had no prior notification of payment, and i was charged at the time of arrival. Please go to the actual UPS store instead, don’t waste your time here.

Always very good with ups drop offs. This is only a drop off location for packages that are pre packaged and labeled. This is not a UPS store, so they do not accept the UPS QR codes or the UPS drop off with no labels. If you don't have a printer you can print there always but that is a fee to use there products.

Not good. Went to return an Amazon purchase via UPS drop off. The staffer had me cancel my return to prepare a mailing label. Then he said I would need to pay $3.55 to print out there. When I questioned this (as it's supposed to be a free drop off option) he got very rude, asking me if I don't expect to get paid to go to work. He should have told me that his location charged to process the return once he saw the skew code. Very, very rude service, and I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want to overpay for poor service.

Usually I don't have problems returning Amazon packages. But today the website states it's open until 4. I get there and there is a sign saying that they are closed June 2-4. Why isn't this information reflected on their website

The woman who assisted me continued her speaker phone conversation while simultaneously "helping" me. She then charged me for printing a label I didn't need as well as charged me for using their internet to receive my emailed label. After discussing the extra charges she proceeded to argue that she had told me about these charges ahead of time. Worst customer service I've had in a long time.
