Just wanted to give a shout out to Addie Kilgore of Kilgore Insurance for going above and beyond in finding us Homeowners Insurance and then packaging up our auto insurance to save us some hard-earned money. Our homeowner carrier that we have had a policy with since 1994 is cancelling our coverage here in California and we needed help quickly. Addie is a true professional with a heart of gold. She explained all the nuances of each coverage, giving us the pros and cons of said policies, did not try to upsell us on coverages we would not need and patiently took the time to answer all our million and one questions. We cannot recommend her and her agency more.

We had our insurance for years. When we were informed that we needed to update our roof by the insurance company I called Kilgore to get more information. We went ahead and made the changes and submitted the photos like we were told, but our insurance was still canceled. Kilgore didn't submit photos correctly or on time and didn't bother to tell me this until I asked why my policy was canceled. This person is hardly ever in the office and when you finally do need them they do not follow through. Terrible business!!! I would NOT recommend!!!
