Very dishonest.. BEWARE.. they lie out of thier teeth.. once your property is worth double what you bought if for they drop you.. and make up lies of why they can't carry you any longer.. we have excellent auto records and have Never had a claim in our lives for home or auto.. after they raise our premiums every year for MANY years.. John calls and lies.. saying we are in a extreme fire area and has to drop us and othes in smelling CA.. and if we want auto it will triple in price... the ironic part is.. a year later, a few of our neighbors never got dropped or was told we live in a high fire area.. they all live in run down mobile homes and have turned in claims for roofs n such.. John owed me money and lied id get a refund and it's been over a year and I have yet to get that.. AllState took care of me and honestly was so much cheaper then John was charging and I have better coverage.. John is a Very dishonest petson.. and sadly a liar
