Am I glad State Farm exists! Had to insure a motorcycle that was new on the American market. They didn't have it in their catalog yet. Tracy worked tirelessly and got me a great rate within a day. And for those who think the other insurance companies are cheaper (as they advertise), and I'm looking at you Allstate, Progressive,and GEICO...don't fall for it! Every quote I got was more expensive or had less things included! Great job and many thanks to State Farm, and the folks in this office in particular!?

I have had Jocelyn State Farm insurance for over 20yrs. I continue to take my business there the small town service is top notch and nothing like what I could find in the valley.

Update: I had car insurance through this office for 3 years with zero claims. I got a quote for a different insurance company that was significantly better on price and coverage. I called to see what price breaks were available if I stayed and ended up being treated very badly so and left a 1 star review here on google. I signed up with the other insurance company and when I called back to cancel I talked to someone else who was very nice and apologized for how I was treated. They still couldn't match my prior quote so I still cancelled. It's been 2 years since I left the 1 star review and looking back the company didn't deserve 1 star review over 1 rude customer service agent.
